Exclusive Leak: Nothing Gallery App Beta Now Available for Download
A beta version of the much-anticipated Nothing Gallery App has been leaked online, sparking excitement among Nothing Phone users. According to reports, the app was extracted and shared by an anonymous individual with access to insider builds of Nothing OS. While this version isn’t officially released, it offers a glimpse into the upcoming features of the app.
The leaked build is compatible only with devices running Nothing OS 2.6 or later. Users should note that this is an unofficial release, and any issues arising from its use are not supported by the company. The app’s development credit goes entirely to the Nothing Dev Team, and fans are advised to approach this beta version with caution.
How to Install Nothing Gallery
If you’re using a compatible device and want to try the beta build, follow these steps:
- Download the App: Get the APK file for the Nothing Gallery App (Google Drive or Telegram).
- Update the App: Tap on the downloaded file. Since it’s a system app, it will prompt you to update the existing Gallery app.
- Open the App: After installation, head to your app drawer, locate “Nothing Gallery,” and explore its features.
When you open the app for the first time, it will ask for permission to access your photos. You will need to allow this. Once granted, you’ll see all your photos displayed on the screen. At the bottom, you’ll notice a pill-shaped tab with three options: Photos, Albums, and Search.
The app seems very basic upon first impression. It doesn’t feature any of the new functionalities that were highlighted during the Nothing OS 3.0 announcement. So, we may need to wait some time before those AI features are added to the Nothing Gallery app.
If you decide you want to uninstall it, the process is simple. Just press and hold the Nothing Gallery app icon, then tap on App Info. In the upper-right corner, tap the three-dot menu, then select Uninstall Updates.
