Nothing Phone (2a) and Phone (2) Now Support 90 FPS in PUBG Mobile 3.4 Update
What a really great time for gamers, as Nothing Phone (2a) and Phone (2) get their update to unlock 90 FPS gameplay. Recently, Tencent Games released the PUBG Mobile 3.4 update for every gamer in the world which includes a new Vampire vs Werewolf theme and new season.
According to me, the 90 FPS option has been enabled for Phone (2a) and for some Phone (2) users, which brought improvement in terms of smooth gameplay and visual performance. However, there have been initial hiccups regarding performance stability, with frames dropping below the expected 90 FPS mark in certain instances. Because of this fact, the performance experience by users is a little mixed, with some noting less-than-optimal FPS for smoother performance, especially at serious gaming sessions.
Community feedback has been rapid, with gamers taking to forums to share their experiences. Some say that enabling the 90 FPS option in the pop-up view fix things out for them, thus providing a workaround for those suffering with issues.
Based on community feedback, active development on a patch is in process to address these issues and further optimize performance. It will serve so that no gaming capability has to be compromised for any user.
While this feature is yet to be fully stabilized, it has raised excitement within the gaming community. This update also sets a new bar on how performance for mobile gaming should go-forward, which speaks volumes toward improving gaming on Nothing devices.
