Xiaomi Offers 20% Discount on Battery Replacements for 32 Models, Limited Time Only

Xiaomi has promo starting September 1st to 7th in China, where it gives a discount of 20% on the cost of battery replacement for some phones. Listed below are some 32 models from both Xiaomi and Redmi series including the Xiaomi Mix 4, Xiaomi 12S Ultra, Redmi Note 11 Pro, and Redmi K30 Pro.

This promotion is purposed to help the users maintain and extend the lifespan of their devices. Xiaomi explains that although normal, degradation of a battery does not necessarily point towards some sort of problem with a device. In case one feels performance drops or the battery life has reduced, then he should replace the battery.

Xiaomi does give some tips regarding good practices in battery care for optimal health and increase batery life, such as using different charging methods, avoiding high and low temperatures, and keeping it dry. Pursue these recommendations habitually if you want your device to serve without incident.

We can assume that Xiaomi might extend this offer to other countries, but there’s no timeline for that yet. Currently, the offer is only available to users in China.
