iQOO is getting ready to launch its new smartphone, the iQOO 15R, in India on February 24. The company has confirmed that the phone will be priced under ₹50,000.
iQOO has already revealed that the 15R will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 processor, run OriginOS 6, and come in two color options. Now, more details have been shared through the brand’s official promo page.

Big battery and long software support
One of the biggest highlights is the battery. The iQOO 15R will pack a massive 7,600mAh battery, along with 100W fast charging support.
The company has also confirmed long-term software support:
- Up to 4 years of Android OS updates
- Up to 6 years of security updates
This makes the iQOO 15R a strong option for users who plan to keep their phone for several years.
Built for gaming
The iQOO 15R will feature a Q2 Supercomputing Chip, which helps enable up to 144FPS gameplay in Battlegrounds Mobile India using frame interpolation technology. This should deliver smoother gaming performance, especially for competitive players.
Expected specs and camera details
The iQOO 15R is rumored to be based on the China-only iQOO Z11 Turbo. If this is true, here’s what we can expect:
- Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 SoC
