The OnePlus 13 is set to launch next month in China though the international release might take longer. It has already generated a lot of buzz and today it is focusing on its RAM capacity.
According to Digital Chat Station on Weibo, a source known for reliable information, the OnePlus 13 will go up to 24GB of LPDDR5X RAM. This matches the maximum RAM offered by its predecessor the OnePlus 12 and stands out as a rare feature among most competitors.
However, there’s some bad news. Reports suggest that the price of the OnePlus 13’s top-tier version which will likely include 24GB of RAM and 1TB of storage, could increase compared to the OnePlus 12 with the same specs.
The OnePlus 13 will be the only smartphone in the upcoming batch of flagships with 24GB of RAM. This new phone will be powered by either Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 chipset or MediaTek’s Dimensity 9400.
The device will also feature a 6000 mAh battery with support for 100W wired and 50W wireless charging. Past rumors suggest that the OnePlus 13 will retain the same vibration motor and main camera as the OnePlus 12. The screen will be a 6.8-inch display with a 1440×3168 micro-curved design on all sides. The phone will include an ultrasonic fingerprint sensor and will come with an improved water resistance rating.

OnePlus 13s looks interesting
For me, the OnePlus 13s stands out from this list.
I really wanted to buy the OnePlus 13s when it launched, so seeing it at ₹49,999 during the Great Indian Festival definitely makes it interesting. It could be worth considering for someone looking for a compact OnePlus smartphone with flagship-level hardware.

However, the price alone shouldn’t be the only reason to buy it. If you’re planning to purchase any of these phones, it is better to watch some reviews and check the camera, battery, performance and software experience before making the final decision.
The other OnePlus phones also have interesting prices, especially the N6 series. But since these are new deals, checking reviews and the exact exchange value for your existing phone would be a good idea.
Exchange offers and bank discounts
Amazon is also running its Exchange Mela during the Great Indian Festival, along with exchange offers across categories. The value of the exchange discount depends on the old device and its condition.
So, depending on the phone you’re exchanging and the payment method you use, the effective price of these OnePlus smartphones could be lower than the prices shown above.

OnePlus is expected to launch the OnePlus 15T in China later this month. The company has already described the phone as a compact flagship with powerful hardware and an upgraded periscope telephoto camera.
Recently, OnePlus China President Li Jie shared a teaser on Weibo showing the front display of the OnePlus 15T. The image highlights very slim and uniform bezels around the screen. In the teaser, the display is compared with what appears to be Apple’s iPhone 17 Pro. The OnePlus 15T seems to have slimmer bezels than the iPhone.
According to Li Jie, the company has used a new chip level packaging process along with its own display technologies to achieve these ultra thin bezels. This could give the phone a more premium and modern look.
As per recent leaks, the OnePlus 15T may feature a 6.32 inch AMOLED display with 1.5K resolution and a 165Hz refresh rate. If these details are correct, the phone will offer a smooth and sharp viewing experience in a compact size.

The OnePlus 15T is expected to launch soon as the successor to the OnePlus 13T, which was introduced last year in April. While fans were hoping for big camera improvements, a new leak from China suggests that the upcoming phone may not bring major upgrades in the camera department.
According to the latest leak, the OnePlus 15T will feature a similar rear camera setup as its predecessor. The device is said to include a 50MP main camera using Sony’s Lytia 700 sensor with Optical Image Stabilization (OIS). Alongside it, the phone may also offer a 50MP telephoto camera powered by Samsung’s ISOCELL JN5 sensor.
The only noticeable change could be in the telephoto camera’s aperture. Reports claim it will shift from f/2.0 on the OnePlus 13T to f/2.8 on the OnePlus 15T, while the main camera’s f/1.8 aperture is expected to remain the same. This means users may not see a big improvement in camera performance compared to the previous model.
Apart from cameras, earlier rumors suggest the OnePlus 15T will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor, offering flagship-level performance. The phone is also expected to feature a 6.32-inch AMOLED display with “1.5K” resolution and a 16MP front camera for selfies.
Another highlight could be its battery, which is rumored to be the largest ever seen in a smartphone of this size, potentially improving battery life significantly.
As of now, OnePlus has not officially confirmed these details, so fans should wait for the official announcement for final specifications.
